I just want to say Buying a house for the first time can be a grueling, frustrating experience luckily I had Steve Gray and Bart financial backing me through the whole process with an awesome company and great team I applaud their excellence

Do not try to buy your home with this man. He committed fraud in my name, racked a utility bill in my name. He has no integrity. He filed false court documents to try to make me pay him more money . The case was ultimately dismissed because he was already given what he was supposed to receive. When you're buying a home, you wanna trust that someone someone's doing everything in your best interest and you cannot trust that with this man. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases you will make in your life. Make sure you're doing it with someone who has integrity and actually cares about the situation. They're putting you in. This is my personal experience and my personal opinion.

I put out some feelers about getting a finance person in Texas in December. I got info from a friend that Brady was the person to go to. I think we first had contact on Christmas and the next day I started sending him the information he required. I found that he was able to very quickly turn around and get us pre-approval for a VA loan. He kept in constant contact with us, sometimes just to make sure we were doing ok while traveling to, and around, Texas looking at houses. He was very good at explaining every step of the process and I swear I have never seen the VA respond to anyone as quickly as they did to Brady. The financing was incredibly efficient and we never had a call or question go unanswered. I could not recommend anyone more than Brady, for any kind of mortgage.

As a person who spent 8 years in the loan origination service, I can say Christian Ortiz went above and beyond what other lenders are doing today. He called when he said he would, got me timely information, and didn't sit on any information for my loan, which wasn't the easiest file. Because property values are high here, qualifying for mortgages are more challenging and financial ratios need to be accurate as every income and expense items count. I dealt with Meriana directly. She was excellent. She was relentless in pushing the mortgage approval process through and overcame every hiccup along the way - and there were many hiccups!!! Her good relationship with the lender helped very much. It was a pleasure working with her. She was always pleasant and even keeled - even at the end where urgency and pressure was high. She is an expert in what she does. I've dealt with many mortgage professionals over the years and she works at a Tier 1 level. And yet, she is very friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. She didn't give up because the transaction was hard. I have had a number of mortgage brokers do that - if it's not easy and requires time and effort, they are gone. Doing transactions in California are tough and complicated. She came through for me and did so pleasantly and with grace. I very much appreciated here involvement on this transaction.
