refi......can be a scary experience for someone who hasn't done one. All the numbers and rules and questions and requirements; could have been overwhelming with a different loan officer. "The whole process felt pretty seamless for us. Frank was an absolute delight to work with and made this process very smooth. He was always on top of things and was excellent with communication. He was always very responsive through text and phone and always ensured to explain things thoroughly for us so we understood exactly what was happening every step of the way.
