Christian was an absolute lifesaver from start to finish with my wife and I buying a home. When we started looking for houses we had very poor credit a short time frame and a pretty low budget. No other lenders would even consider working with us under the conditions we had but Christian offered to help. With his assistance we very quickly raised our credit enough to qualify for an FHA loan. He even helped us look for houses and sent us listings that fit our needs. When I knew I had to relocate away from my job to find the right house he even gave me advice with job listings in the area and put me on the path to get a new job making nearly double what I made before. When things got hectic during closing and it seemed like everything was going wrong or taking too long with the appraisal being late and coming back with repairs that needed to be handled before we could close, my wife and I were lost trying to figure out how to afford everything and take care of our daughter, and the only consistent part of the whole close was Christian.
