I had been looking into a HELOC and was kind of striking out… they wanted me to take more out than I wanted, they wanted the home to have more equity than we have, my self-employed status was annoying, whatever. Then, out of the blue came Sal. I had already decided not to bother with our plans and forget about getting a loan. But Sal reached out and I threw everything at him that we had already said and been told. He was so nice, confident, assuring, and helpful. Long story short- he got us a great loan at a great rate in what seemed like no time at all, and working with him was an absolute pleasure. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again!

refi......can be a scary experience for someone who hasn't done one. All the numbers and rules and questions and requirements; could have been overwhelming with a different loan officer. Sal is absolutely the easiest, most knowledgeable, most kind and patient professional human I have ever known. He literally made me feel as if I was the ONLY client he had. Every phone call or text made to him with any questions was answered immediately. I never had to wait or wonder about anything during the entire process! He has a natural talent with mortgages and loans and I would work with him over and over again if I needed to. And anyone I know who needs help will be referred to him!
