Meeting Sal was such a gift! I had been looking into a HELOC and was kind of striking out… they wanted me to take more out than I wanted, they wanted the home to have more equity than we have, my self-employed status was annoying, whatever. refi......can be a scary experience for someone who hasn't done one. All the numbers and rules and questions and requirements; could have been overwhelming with a different loan officer. Sal is absolutely the easiest, most knowledgeable, most kind and patient professional human I have ever known. He literally made me feel as if I was the ONLY client he had.
