I have been looking forward to making this review as Pedro was AMAZING to work with! I am beyond thankful to Pedro for making my dream of purchasing a home come true. I was a 1st time home buyer and the process went very smooth with Pedro every step of the way. I submitted my application online 4/5, approved quickly, searched for a home with my Realtor and Pedro got me closed and in my new home 5/16. It would have been even less time but I caused a delay on my own my switching houses during the process. I was concerned about doing an out of state mortgage loan as I was relocating from Nevada to Missouri. I thought it would be difficult but Pedro reassured me the process would be just the same and he was right. The process was straightforward and no stress, even though I tend to have anxiety and worry about things. Pedro kept me informed, relaxed, and kept my blood pressure down.
