Josh is great! We had what seemed to me like a less than conventional, over complicated purchasing opportunity. We were first time home buyers, purchasing a family home (FSBO), without the use of a realtor. Josh made things so incredibly easy! He took time to hear what we wanted, thoroughly explain any parameters, and answered all our questions within hours of asking (via text, call of email). He got us lower rates and helped us close as quickly as our circumstance would allow. Would recommend 10/10.
