I also greatly appreciate the fact that Johnnie was available for my self & my real estate agent 7 days a week & EVEN AFTER 5pm to answer any questions we had. He even reviewed one other proposal I had with a lower rate, But pointed out some other fees that were never mentioned & essentially would have cost me more in the end.. So I went with Johnnie due to his EXCEPTIONAL Service, & his honest & precise information throughout the entire process..
