Great convenient refinance with Jennifer Thornburg. Was able to do everything remotely without having to do any in-person meeting which I was a little nervous at initially, however she got back to me right away and was readily available to address all my concerns and set us at ease. Able to do the signing at our home without any time delay - which was great given the COVID restrictions in place at the time. Would recommend to others for sure.
