WORK WITH GORDIE - that's frankly some of the best advice I can give! Gordie saw us through over a year of working towards mortgage readiness, and when we suddenly found our dream house, he ran all the scenarios, helping us select the plan that set up us up for success. Not only did he answer every super nuanced question we had throughout the whole thing (and quickly, too!), he also sent us weekly videos personally updating us on the status of our loan processing, next steps, and timelines. I don't know about you, but I had no knowledge of anything in that space, but because of the way he truly partners with you, there was never a moment where I felt unsure or like I was flying blind. He really cares about the people he's working with, and he was awesome at helping us select the plan that made the most sense for our loan, both long and short term. Brilliant in the financials AND amazing at helping you make sense of it all? Gordie is the guy you want in your corner when you're thinking of buying a house!
