Gene was a true God send to us when we got deep into accessing "OUR" equity in our home. Due to a terrible law Texas Section 50(a) (6) we were handcuffed and could not access a HELOC! Gene is working to revise this legislation, however it did not help us as of our immediate needs. Gene was able to get us a Refi to get around this law, but the law still unfairly kept us from accessing it in the most financially smart ways (The Govt thinking they're smarter than us). Again... Thank you Gene for all of your hard work and please use our story to fight the fight and get this law amended or removed!
