We had an amazing experience, the road got a little bumpy for a while, but Charles rode it out with us, supporting us & keeping us informed, available at all times 7 days a week for questions, answering even the silly questions professionally. Even speaking to our realtor answering her questions & keeping the communication flowing so we could complete on time.
