This is a full-time in-office role for a Mortgage Post Closer. The Mortgage Post Closer will be responsible for handling mortgage loans Post-Closing conditions, conducting follow-up document tracking with other departments and title companies, registering MERS and ensuring loans are sold to the investors in a timely manner.

Skills

  1. Must have a sense of urgency, “Get it done” initiative and self-motivation mentality.
  2. Willing to adapt to new platforms.
  3. Organizational skills are a must.


Experience

  1. Minimum of 2-4 years of Closing/Funding experience.


Responsibilities

  1. Communicate effectively with operations team members, investors, and title companies.
  2. Ensure documentation is appropriate to support the purchase of the loan review.
  3. Ensure production complies with the company’s policies/procedures; investor requirements; state/federal regulations; and insurer/guarantor requirements.
  4. Generate a monthly report providing a detailed analysis of audit results, responses, and recommended corrective action.
