Experience

  1. No prior experience is required; training will be provided
  2. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other common office software is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
  2. Prepare, review, and manage documents and communications with attention to accuracy and detail
  3. Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
  4. Assist in various projects and tasks to support daily business operations
