Barrett Financial Group is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Gilbert, AZ! This is a full-time, in-office position. Submit a resume to be considered.



Skills

  1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  2. Strong understanding of basic accounting/math skills
  3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Experience

Previous experience in an office/administrative setting preferred

Responsibilities

  1. Support the payroll department with data entry, employee record management, and payroll processing
  2. Process bi-monthly Payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
  3. Prepare and distribute payroll breakdowns for Loan Officer’s Commissions
  4. Ensure the Broker’s Compliance needs are met per Loan File within our internal system
  5. Assist with audits and reports as needed
  6. Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve payroll-related issues
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless payroll processes for employees
  8. Provide exceptional Customer Service to the company’s employees regarding Payroll Inquiries
