Dan is the best!! I Can say without any doubt that Dan is the only person I will refer to when purchasing a home. When all other Banks told me they couldn’t do it, Dan created a plan for me to be able to get the pre-approval I needed. He exceeded my expectations and he stayed true to his word when he said we could get it done. He reassured me that anything is possible if you have a plan behind it. I am currently on my 3rd property and plan on using Dan when I outgrow my current home. When Dan says he will beat anyone else’s rates and ability to get you into the house you want and rightfully deserve, he means it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Dan to my family, close friends, and random people when discussing home purchasing.
